Anthony Davis Drops 32 and 10 In First Game Back Since Injury & Trade Rumors

Karl-Anthony Towns and Anthony Davis each scored 32, as the Pelicans beat the Timberwolves. The game represented Anthony Davis’s first game back from a hand injury that left the small forward benched for 9 games. The game is also the first time Davis has played since his name was involved in a number of trade rumors. Davis was an efficient 11-15 from the field, and grabbed 9 rebounds in the Pelicans win.

Giannis Antetokounmpo has 29 Points and 17 Rebounds as Bucks Win 6th In a Row

The Mavericks lost their first game without Harrison Barnes. Luka Doncic scored 20, but was outshined by Giannis Antetokounmpo, who scored 29 points and 17 rebounds in the Bucks win. Milwaukee improves to 41-13 after the win, moving their lead in the Eastern Conference to 2.0 games over the Raptors.

The Suns lost their 13th game in a row on Friday night when the Warriors visited Phoenix. Klay Thompson scored 25, KD had 21, and Steph Curry scored 20 in a team effort victory for the Warriors.

Andre Drummond Collects 20 Rebounds With His 29 Points In Pistons Win

Andre Drummond had a huge night, scoring 29 points and 20 rebounds, as the Pistons overcame a high scoring output from new Knick Dennis Smith Jr., who scored 31 points on 9-15 shooting. Blake Griffin chipped in 26 points, as the Pistons got the home win on Friday.

New Look 76ers Overpower Denver Nuggets

Tobias Harris made his first start as a 76er on Friday night in the Philadelphia win over the #2 in the Western Conference. J.J. Reddick had a monster game, dropping 34 points, shooting 6-7 from 3-point range. Jimmy Butler hit 14 of 14 free throws, scoring 22 points on the night. The Nuggets lose their third game in a row.
