The Pacers have made huge strides after losing their star player Victor Oladipo to injury. Indiana lost their first four games without Oladipo, but have since won six in a row, moving the team’s record to 6-4 without the shooting guard. Pacers forward Bojan Bogdanovic has played a huge part in contributing to make up for the loss of Oladipo, averaging 20.4 points in the last 10 games, 4.2 points higher than his season average. Bogdanovic has had his two biggest scoring outputs of the season in the last 10 games, scoring 31 points in Miami on February 2nd, along with a 29 point output at home against the Clippers. Both games resulted in Pacers wins, as Bogdanovic helps the Pacers keep pace in the east. Indiana currently sits third in the Eastern Conference, ahead of both the 76ers and the Celtics. With a win on Wednesday, the Pacers would find themselves just 3.5 games back of the first place Bucks.
The Pacers have surprised many after loosing Oladipo. Indiana is 6-4 in their last 10, and riding a six game winning streak. Indiana is a strong home team, going 22-7 this season, and 4-1 in their last five games at home.

The Milwaukee Bucks continue to prove their legitimacy this season. MVP candidate Giannis Antetokounmpo has the Bucks firing on all cylinders, with Milwaukee coming in as the second highest scoring team in the NBA, and the highest scoring team in the Eastern Conference (117.1 team points per game). The Bucks have developed a consistently dangerous style of offense, surrounding the slashing Antetokounmpo with world class shooters. Khris Middleton, Malcolm Brogdon, and Brook Lopez are all shooting the three ball over 37%, with each player in the trio shooting at least 4 three pointers a game. When you combine this shooting with the paint threat that Antetokounmpo possesses, the Bucks offense turns into one of the most unstoppable offenses in the league.
Milwaukee has won 13 of their last 15 games heading into the matchup with the Pacers on Wednesday. In addition, Bucks are the best road team in the east, going 19-9, with a record of 5-0 in their last five games away from home.

Our Verdict and Best Bets
With both teams carrying heavy momentum coming into this game, this one should be tight. The Bucks have the best record in the league, as well as a five game winning streak away from home. On the other hand, the Pacers have played their last four games at home, and won them all. Indiana will have the crowd and the confidence coming into this one, so we’re taking the Pacers on the spread. Indiana will be more inclined to influence the tempo when playing at home, and will likely try to play a minimal transition, slow paced game. Look for a low number of points, plus a close game when the Bucks visit the Pacers.
