UFC Fight Night this weekend sees Britain’s Darren Till face Jorge Masvidal at the O2 on Saturday night.
Darren Till (GBR)
Darren Till heads into this fight on the back of a loss to American Tyron Woodley who handed him his first professional career loss. To be fair to Darren Till, he has said all along that he doesn’t expect to end his career unbeaten.
Many are calling for a real test for Till and for him to prove his ability lives up to his larger than life character. He boasts beating Stephen Thompson the No 4 ranked fighter, however the majority of his fights have been less than inspiring. The fight this Saturday gives the Liverpudlian a chance to regain his popularity and stardom if he can pull off a convincing win.

Jorge Masvidal (USA)
Jorge Masvidal will be hoping to give Till that test that everyone is craving. Arguably to stand a real chance of beating the scouser in this weekend’s main event will be to force Till into uncomfortable positions and keep pressing on this.
The technical ability that Masvidal posseses far outweigh’s that of Darren Till, and will be looking to show how his martial arts technique is superior to that of a fighter who often emulates that of a street fighter. Masvidal learnt his trade the hard way taking part in organised backyard brawls before stepping up to a professional UFC fighter.
